STRONG IN THE HOME STRAIGHT.

David Griessner (AUT), Yannick Fübrich (GER) and Florian Naumann (GER) in the BMW M4 GT4 with the race number 1 celebrated a famous victory: The trio from the Pixum CFN Team Adrenalin Motorsport made sure of victory in the SP10 category.

Overall victory on the Nürburgring endurance circuit went for the second time since 2018 to Christopher Rink, Danny Brink and Philipp Leisen (all GER). They dominated the V4 class in all five races in their BMW 325i and after a year’s break have taken back race number 1 for their car. The Pixum CFN Team Adrenalin Motorsport and team boss Matthias Unger (GER) celebrated their third overall victory in a row.

But that wasn’t all: Besides their triumphs in the V4 and SP10 classes, the Pixum CFN Team Adrenalin Motorsport also celebrated first place in the VT2 class, in which Robert van Husen (SUI) collected the most points during the season in his BMW 330i.

The drivers’ title in the BMW M240i Racing Cup class this year went to Heiko Eichenberg and Moritz Oberheim (both GER) of Team AVIA Sorg Rennsport. In the five-race season, the pair collected 120 points in the NLS and thus had a 22-point lead over the second and third-placed teams. In the team classification, Team AVIA Sorg Rennsport won with 108 points ahead of the Pixum CFN Team Adrenalin Motorsport and Schnitzelalm Racing. Victors in the Gentlemen category were Stefan Kruse (GER) and Einar Thorsen (NOR) of Pixum CFN Team Adrenalin Motorsport. In the Junior category, Moritz Oberheim won both the Junior and Drivers’ championships.

US drivers Bill Auberlen and Robby Foley made the podium in the penultimate race of the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship at Laguna Seca (USA) in second spot. In their BMW M6 GT3, they started the race from second on the grid and successfully defended their position throughout the 2 hours 40 minute race in the GTD class.

In the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge race at Laguna Seca, three BMW M4 GT4s made it into the top ten. Robby Foley and Vincent Barletta (both USA) were fifth in the #95 BMW M4 GT4 of Turner Motorsport after the two-hour race. Places six and eight went to the two BimmerWorld Racing cars. Gregory Liefooghe and Nick Galante (both USA) were sixth in the #80 BMW M4 GT4, while James Clay and Mike Skeen (both USA) in the sister car with race number 82 came in eighth.
 

On the penultimate race weekend of the ADAC GT4 Germany season at the Lausitzring (GER), the BMW M Customer Racing teams with the BMW M4 GT4 made it into the top ten. Gabriele Piana (ITA) and Michael Schrey (GER), who are in a good position in the overall standings, took places five and seven in the Hofor Racing by Bonk Motorsport vehicle. Their team colleagues Claudia Hürtgen and Sebastian von Gartzen (both GER) took eighth place in both races. Georg Braun and Stephan Grotstollen (both GER) from Team Lillestoff came in tenth in race one and thirteenth on the Sunday.
