ADVANCED AERODYNAMICS.

BMW M5 Limousine mit M Performance Parts

In purely visual terms, the differences between the BMW M5 MotoGP™ Safety Car and the road-legal BMW M5 Sedan appear great at first glance. But they’re not. On request, your BMW M5 can come very close to the original M5 MotoGP™ Safety Car. This is mainly due to the role played by the numerous M Performance Parts, which are also optionally available for the series version. This further perfects the aerodynamics of the vehicle in particular. These M Performance Parts components are made of high-strength and extremely light carbon, and are therefore perfectly suited for the typical demands of motorsport.

SENSATIONAL LOOKS.

In addition to this the sharply drawn Air Breather decorative rods and the quick-release fasteners on the bonnet - undoubtedly familiar to professional racing connoisseurs - also catch the eye. As well as this and the special colour scheme, which was designed exclusively for the MotoGP™ Safety Car, the most striking feature is of course the flat light bar on the roof to meet the special requirements of a reliable command vehicle. This is aerodynamically shaped and equipped with state-of-the-art LED technology.

RACE TRACK TECHNOLOGY FOR THE BMW M5 SEDAN.

The BMW M5 MotoGP™ Safety Car also features the BMW M Performance Titan sport exhaust system with racing technology. Many of these specific M Performance Parts are also available as retrofit components for the BMW M5 Sedan. Owners of the high-performance base can not only underline the sporty  appearance of their BMW M5 Sedan with these motorsport-proven BMW M Performance Parts, but also individualise the aerodynamics, and areas of cooling and lightweight construction.
