The present and future of GT racing at BMW M Motorsport met at the three-hour race at ‘Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya’, the final round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup. Walkenhorst Motorsport competed with two BMW M6 GT3s in the Pro class. The vehicle with the number 34 had David Pittard, Jake Dennis and Nick Yelloly at the helm, while number 35 was driven by Martin Tomczyk, Thomas Neubauer and Nick Catsburg. In the Pro-Am class, Jens Klingmann, Marc Liebhauser and Karim Ojjeh were behind the wheel of the Boutsen Ginion BMW M6 GT3. And the new BMW M4 GT3 completed another important test in race conditions: as guest starters, the cockpit of the new BMW M GT racing car was shared by BMW works drivers Philipp Eng, Augusto Farfus and Jesse Krohn.
