BMW M LIFESTYLE POP-UP STORE.

A special highlight during and after the IAA Mobility 2023 will be the BMW M Lifestyle Pop-up store in the centre of Munich. Anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the car culture and lifestyle lived by BMW M should definitely stop by Sendlinger Straße - this is where the M community meets. The store with two levels, coffee and bar area as well as live DJ (daily from 4 pm) impresses with an impressive design concept and several exclusive promotions. These include a dipping station, where 3D-printed key rings created at the BMW Group Additive Manufacturing Campus can be dyed in the exclusive and original BMW M colours. There is a choice of the legendary colours of the BMW M stripes as well as the current violet from the Lifestyle Collection. Of course, this can also be shopped at the pop-up store: in addition to items from the current BMW Lifestyle Collection, the new M Collection is also available on site. The new look can then be captured as a video directly on site using an innovative 360-degree spin cam, downloaded and shared.

BMW M AT BMW WELT.

At BMW Welt, there will be several new highlights in the BMW M Area at the IAA Mobility 2023, all of which revolve around the themes of thrill, action and high-performance. And that is meant literally: while the XM Dance Challenge, where visitors can create, download and share their own video, will provide a dash of competition and the best moves, right next door visitors will be able to get a close-up look at the technology of the BMW M Mixed Reality Experience, the new virtual reality technology developed by BMW M itself, using a BMW M2 specially converted for the purpose. Already tested at the Coachella Festival, a mirror wall in the M area also invites visitors to take a genuine high-performance mirror selfie.

Further automotive M power is provided in the form of the BMW XM Label Red and BMW M Hybrid V8 Showcar, both of which will be presented on site.

Location:
BMW Welt Munich, Am Olympiapark 1, Munich

  • The models illustrated include optional equipment.

Due to regular software updates, screen designs in the communication may differ from the actual screen design in your car.

Official data on power consumption and electric range were determined in accordance with the mandatory measurement procedure and comply with Regulation (EU) 715/2007 valid at the time of type approval. In case of a range, figures in the NEDC take into account differences in the selected wheel and tire size; figures in the WLTP take into account any optional equipment. WLTP values are used for assessing taxes and other vehicle-related charges that are (also) based on CO2 emissions, as well as for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies, if applicable. Where applicable, the NEDC values listed were calculated based on the new WLTP measurement procedure and then converted back to the NEDC measurement procedure for comparability reasons. For newly type-tested vehicles since 01.01.2021, the official data no longer exist according to NEDC, but only according to WLTP. For more information on the WLTP and NEDC measurement procedures, see https://www.bmw.com/wltp.

For further information about the official fuel consumption and the specific CO2 emission of new passenger cars can be taken out of the „handbook of fuel consumption, the CO2 emission and power consumption of new passenger cars“, which is available at all selling points and at https://www.dat.de/co2/.
