Dream Team.

Fans of motorsport history have reason to celebrate this year as well – in action was the BMW 328 Mille Miglia Touring Coupé, which in 1940 raced to victory at the Mille Milglia in record time. Also on hand – the Brabham BMW BT52 from 1983. This was the first car with a turbo engine to win the Formula 1. In Goodwood it was driven by the highly-experienced Riccardo Patrese. His fellow Italian countryman Roberto Ravaglia went to the starting line with the BMW M3 Group A DTM. The DTM champion of 1989 drove the same successful model that won the first Touring Car World Championship in 1987. The BMW V12 LMR brought back memories of its success at the 24-hour race at Le Mans in 1999 – it was driven then by Pierluigi Martini.

The epitome of luxury, speed and style.

Free access to the pit lane makes it possible to get a close look at the cars that have set milestones – and even experience them live with their drivers. Full of awe, the spectators watch from the sidelines of the Hillclimb, while racing sport legends like the BMW 328 Mille Miglia – still tireless – fight for the best time. Another master of the Hillclimb – the BMW M4 CS goes head to head with the super cars, the legends of tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you next year.
