GTWC Europe: Walkenhorst Motorsport lines up with two BMW M4 GT3s.

Walkenhorst Motorsport also provided positive news away from the racetrack at the weekend. The team confirmed that it will start with two BMW M4 GT3s in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS. One of the cars will contest the full season and line up in the Silver class of the Sprint and Endurance Cup. The second car will start in the Pro-Am class in the endurance races.

The start in GTWC Europe sees Walkenhorst Motorsport return to the scene of its greatest triumph. In 2018, the team won the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps with the BMW M6 GT3. With BMW M Team WRT already having confirmed that it will run two cars in the series, there will be a very strong BMW M4 GT3 contingent in the 2023 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS.
