At 635 hp, the BMW M5 CS is the most powerful production vehicle in the history of BMW M. With numerous lightweight construction elements and a suspension tuned for the racetrack, the M automobile is predestined to make a splash at the oval. Last weekend the time had come: The BMW M5 CS led the field into the race as pace car for the BMW Endurance Challenge at Daytona. Driver Connor De Phillippi from the BMW team Rahal Letterman Lanigan (RLL) tested the BMW M5 CS in advance. The result was a unanimous opinion – and a lot of fun.
BMW M5 CS:
Fuel consumption in l/100 km (combined): 11.3 (NEDC) / 11.3 (WLTP)
CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): 258 (NEDC) / 256 (WLTP)
