FROM MAISACH TO THE ARCTIC CIRCLE

The heart of the BMW M Driving Experience is the BMW M Driving Academy near Munich, Germany. However, its veins transport driving pleasure to top national and international racetracks, the snow and ice of Austria and Sweden, and idyllic locations in southern Africa.

BMW M Driving Academy

A former airport near Munich has been home to the BMW M Driving Academy. The location is home to one of the largest road-safety training sites in Southern Germany – the ultimate in driver training for passionate petrol heads over a total area of 130 hectares.

The Driving Academy is much more than just a training ground. It is simultaneously a completely unusual and first-class location. Just the right thing for active driving incentives – with employees, customers or business partners. Our team plans, organises and realises workshops, training sessions, seminars and meetings – completely in line with your individual requirements.

As well as driving pleasure and safety, another topic also enjoys top priority at the BMW M Driving Academy: sustainability. The entire site is a nature reserve, in which rich and unique flora and fauna have established themselves. This is something the BMW Group would obviously like to preserve, and is committed to doing so. BMW Group adheres strictly to the requirements of the Bavarian ministry of the environment when maintaining the premises and with regard to wildlife conservation.

The Driftpark at the Nürburgring

The auto motor & sport driving safety center at the world’s most famous race track is much more than just a driving safety centre. In particular, FSZ 2, the Driftpark at the Nürburgring – one of the two driving safety areas with a total of more than 130,000 square metres – has become an institution in drifting in recent years.

The driving technique tracks, in the middle of which a large circular track provides great drifting pleasure, have played a major role in this. No wonder, then, that every month numerous drifters make their way to the Nürburgring, which makes the heart of every car fan beat faster.

This special location makes BMW M Drift training a real highlight – especially if you take advantage of your visit to the Nürburgring to experience the many attractions around the world's most famous race track.

DAT NOTE

BMW M3 Competition Sedan: Fuel consumption in l/100km (combined): --- (NEDC) / 9.8 (WLTP); CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): --- (NEDC) / 224 – 237 (WLTP)

BMW M4 Competition Coupé: Fuel consumption in l/100km (combined): --- (NEDC) / 9.8 (WLTP); CO2 emissions in g/km (combined): --- (NEDC) / 224 – 237 (WLTP)

Official data on fuel consumption, CO2 emissions, power consumption and electric range figures were determined in accordance with the mandatory measurement procedure and comply with Regulation (EU) 715/2007 valid at the time of type approval. In case of a range, figures in the NEDC take into account differences in the selected wheel and tire size; figures in the WLTP take into account any optional equipment. WLTP values are used for assessing taxes and other vehicle-related charges that are (also) based on CO2 emissions, as well as for the purposes of vehicle-specific subsidies, if applicable. Where applicable, the NEDC values listed were calculated based on the new WLTP measurement procedure and then converted back to the NEDC measurement procedure for comparability reasons. For more information on the WLTP and NEDC measurement procedures, see www.bmw.de/wltp.

For further information about the official fuel consumption and the specific CO2 emission of new passenger cars can be taken out of the „handbook of fuel consumption, the CO2 emission and power consumption of new passenger cars“, which is available at all selling points and at
