KEEP AT A SAFE DISTANCE.
Keep a minimum of 1.5 metres between yourself and other people, and avoid any contact such as shaking hands when greeting people.
WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY AND THOROUGHLY.
Washing your hands regularly and thoroughly is the best protection against contagious infections. Very important: wash with soap for at least 30 seconds, not forgetting the backs of the hands, between the fingers, the fingertips and the thumbs.
WEAR A MASK COVERING THE MOUTH AND NOSE.
To minimise the risk of infection to yourself and others, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
SNEEZE AND COUGH THE RIGHT WAY.
If you sneeze or cough, move back from other people and turn away. It is best to sneeze or cough into a tissue or, alternatively, into the crook of your arm.
SIGNS OF ILLNESS.
If you feel ill, we kindly request that you do not attend the training course in order to protect both yourself and others. Go through the above questions, then consult your doctor if necessary.
