The new M leather steering wheel with concisely modified spokes and discreet centre marking in the 12 o’clock position underscores the sporty character of the interior, which is characterised by the innovative, frameless BMW Curved Display.

POWERFUL EFFICIENCY.

The superior electric drive of the BMW i4 M60 xDrive creates a particularly intense driving experience. The M model is powered by a 200 kW (272 hp) BMW M eDrive electric motor of the latest generation at the front axle and its 250 kW (340 hp) counterpart at the rear. Together, they put a combined maximum output of 442 kW (601 hp) on tap when using the M specific boost function. The electric all-wheel-drive system allows drive torque to be adjusted with incredible speed and precision, thereby maximising dynamic performance, traction and handling stability at all times in accordance with the driver’s inputs, road surface conditions and driving situation. Utilising the Sport Boost function, the BMW i4 M60 xDrive sprints from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds – and on to a top speed of an electronically limited 225 km/h.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Adaptive M suspension.

Excellent dynamics, exceptional roadholding and improved comfort on long journeys: The BMW i4 M60 xDrive boasts a bespoke Adaptive M suspension with individually configured springs and dampers, specially designed anti-roll bars and an additional spring strut tower brace in the front end.

Variable sport steering.

The variable sport steering with Servotronic creates a direct and agile steering response and ensures that less physical effort is required to turn the wheel. It reacts to the angle of the steering wheel with varying steering ratios. This improves handling when driving more dynamically and reduces the effort needed to steer when parking and turning.

M Sport brake.

The M Sport brake has four-piston fixed calipers at the front and single-piston floating calipers at the rear in Blue metallic with the M logo and features large brake discs to ensure an outstanding braking performance.
