FIA WEC

BMW M Motorsport and BMW M Team WRT will be competing in both classes of the world championship: with two BMW M Hybrid V8s in the hypercar category and two BMW M4 GT3 EVOs in the LMGT3 class. The undisputed highlight of the season is the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where for the first time since the victory of the legendary BMW V12 LMR in 1999, a prototype from BMW M Motorsport will be fighting for overall victory. The two BMW M Hybrid V8s will be driven by six BMW M works drivers. The FIA WEC calendar features a total of seven race events.

Seven races in Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Arabia are on the programme for the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship season. The 24 Hours of Le Mans will be the highlight of the year as the fourth event. Further stops in Europe are Spa-Francorchamps and Imola. There will also be races in São Paulo, Austin, Fuji, Qatar and Bahrain.

BMW M HYBRID V8.

With the BMW M Hybrid V8, BMW M Motorsport competes against the best of the best on the biggest stages of international prototype racing. Since the 2023 season, the BMW M Hybrid V8 has been battling for overall victories in the GTP category of the IMSA. Since 2024, BMW M Motorsport has the racer competing in the FIA World Endurance Championship as well.
