The BMW M2 Coupé RR Edition immediately catches the eye with its exclusive Sapphire Black metallic paintwork. The M Performance suspension, which is 20 millimetres lower than the standard suspension and features red springs, ensures a powerful appearance and even more precise driving dynamics. Another exterior highlight: the M Performance 1000 M wheels with a Jet Black finish – 20 inch on the front axle and 21 on the rear.
Optimised aerodynamics are promised by the black-painted front splitter, which features red inserts, and the black rear diffuser. The air-flow-optimised M Performance rear spoiler on the tailgate also features an exclusive red accent, complemented by a second roof spoiler finished in black. At the lower end of the powerful rear of the BMW M2 Coupé RR Edition is the specially adapted Akrapovič exhaust system, which also impresses with its powerful sound.

The interior of the edition model for South Africa also features an exclusive design: the black and red M sports seats with red contrast stitching form a visual whole with the M leather steering wheel, which features a red 12 o’clock marker, and the two red M buttons.
Of the just ten edition models produced, five will be delivered with a 6-speed manual gearbox and five with the 8-speed M Steptronic automatic transmission. The M TwinPower Turbo inline-six-cylinder engine is the same as that in the current BMW M2 Coupé, delivering 353 kW (480 hp).
BMW M 1000 RR M2 EDITION.
SPORT OR SUPERSPORT.
BMW M 1000 RR M2 Edition and BMW S 1000 RR M2 Edition are – as their names suggest – the perfect complement to the BMW M2 edition model. Like the sports car, these special edition motorcycles, also limited to ten units, are distinguished by striking red accents and other special features.
The exceptional sporty BMW M 1000 RR M2 Edition features a Black Storm metallic paint finish and a front fairing with red stripes. The aerodynamically effective and distinctive M winglets are emblazoned with the RR insignia. The seat and fuel tank feature an M logo, and the ultra-lightweight M carbon wheels are accented in red to match.
The BMW S 1000 RR M2 Edition also turns heads with its red accents and Black Storm metallic paintwork. The passenger seat cover is also finished in red. Like the BMW M2 edition model, both variants are fitted with an Akrapovič exhaust system. Otherwise, the motorcycles are technically identical to the base models, the BMW S 1000 RR and BMW M 1000 RR.
